Direct Resilience Training Solutions was founded by four senior practitioners with over 80 years of combined experience in operational command, emergency management, organisational resilience and leadership.

We are active leaders working across emergency management and multi-agency environments, bringing current knowledge, practical insight and real operational credibility to everything we deliver. Our experience spans public, private and industrial sectors, supporting organisations where effective command, resilience and business continuity are critical.

Collectively, we have commanded complex incidents, led major exercises, developed operational response capability and supported national standards.. This is strengthened by academic and professional qualifications in strategic leadership, counter-terrorism, emergency management, quality assurance, coaching and mentoring.
